Banzaicon

Alright, so first of all I wanted to thank everyone who helped make Banzaicon amazing this year! I was really nervous about letting go of the main organizer position, but my dear Kriss and Martin managed it so fricking well, I honestly couldn't be prouder. Same goe s for the rest of the fantastic crew, especially my absolutely wonderful Activity-crew! I felt I could really trust you guys to get things done even when I was busy with other thing, which saved me an enormous amount of running around and worrying. You guys were the best, and I hope to see every single one of you beck next year cause we couldn't have done it without you!

Also, if you were a guest I hope you enjoyed yourself with the activities we arranged and the guests we invited. You are of course very welcome next year as well, and some feedback would be hugely appreciated so we can make banzai even better next year!


Desucon

So I'm starting to get hyped about Desu. Many of my freinds won't go cause it crashes with this parade they're attending in Larvik. Sad, cause I wanted to go to that as well, but I have huge plans for Desu. Mainly my Seth Nightroad cosplay from Trinity Blood. Damn, but that costume is a bitch, all that detail! It's a lot of work, but thats how I like it, and I realy can't wait to wear it. I've tried out quite a few new techniques and materials, and I feel I'm really learning a lot!

My other cosplay should be lots of fun as well, and I really can't wait to try it at a con.  As a contrast, this is extremely simple, the only complicated thing beeing some serious femalet to male makeup, as I'm not cosplaying some sissy bishonen here. You'll be seeing me as Dr. John Watson from BBC's Sherlock (gawd I love that show! *fangirl*) hopefully with ~LonelyRiku joining me As Sherlock Holmes!

Artstand

Also, as I still haven't gotten a summer job I figured I'd try financing my cons this summer a bit with an art stand. I'll be sharing with May, and there will be tons of Harry Potter stuff for sale, including her fabulous homemade wands.

My main idea is Hogwarts House Pride armbands. Now that pottermore is finally out and people have gotten sorted at last, wouldn't it be nice if you could spot a big fan at a distance, and even see what house they're in? Scarves are of course great, but a bit heavy and warm for summer. So I thought armband! I'm knitting armbands in the house colors and selling them for 50kr. They've become a bit of a hit at mu school, so much that I've already financed the stand ^^ It's great fun wearing them, cause you can always go into "character" and have fun with housefriendship and "rivalery" ^^

In any case, I'll bring quite a few of them to desu, but if you want to it will also be possible to pre-order if you want to make secure yourself one from the right house. I can also make house pride headbands like the oictures in my galery) but these will only be made as pre-orders as they take a bit longer to make. They cost 100kr, and if you want it thinner than the ones in my gallery that is possible as well.

I'll also bring lots of other stuff, like some nice bookmarks, bagtags, buttons and such. I'm already working on some pieces from Sherlock, Harry Potter and Pokemon, and will probably do some Zelda, Dr. Who, Mario and other such things.

So what I was wondering is, does anyone have any suggestions for things for the stand, anything YOU in particular want? Tell me! ^^

Also, kigurumi commisions are open again, I've got two free slots ^^


Lastly, I'm hoping to get a lot of more photo and videoshoots in during the summer, can't wait! Had so much fun with the steampunk shoot (even with high heels in a forest/riverside xp)
